I really have to blog this down
And I hope all my mates will see what i wrote here.
It's like I don't know where to start.
Everytime something that is not-so-good happens, we break down, crumble and fall, instead of staying together. This makes me think twice about what i wrote in my last entry. The unity in us. Just now, I see no unity at all.
Yes, we did not manage to finish our throws, but the point here is about fighting together. You encourage instead of blaming the other person, you give her confidence instead of putting her down, you don't shout at her for making mistakes, you talk to her so that she does not give up. This is not about shattering her fragile heart. I was so upset when you said that. I was upset too, when you threw your glove and just start to run. I know you are disappointed, everyone is. But as the leader, you don't show it. We look up to you as our source of support. Think about it. Everyone is just as pissed as you are, and instead of controlling, you let your feelings show. No. You just have to be stronger than everyone else. You have to be there for everyone in the team. You have to talk to them, share their thoughts, their feelings, their pressure, everything.
I was not in the right mood myself, but seeing my teammates' faces fall one by one hurts me even more.
It is okay to make mistakes during training. We are all tired and we know we can finish the throws. So let us learn from our mistakes, and make it up in the next training.
For coach, for our teachers, and for ourselves.
we live to play the game, remember?
